He has extensive experience working in Addiction and Mental Health Treatment field in New Zealand and Australia, both community, public and Forensic sectors as a Senior Clinician and Team leader. 

He is dedicated in the provision of holistic Addictions treatments, with a strong understanding that the whole-person needs to be the focus in assisting them towards wellbeing. 

He has several years of experience working with a range of age groups from youth, adults and families helping to reduce harm caused by alcohol and drug.

Masi can also speak Sotho, Ndebele, Shona, Venda, Zulu, Setswana, Khalanga and Xhosa.
